Everything was perfect, cooperative staff, beautiful location close to the promenade and grocery shops like tesco and train. Brilliant and bright room with balcony was enjoyable. I appreciated the breakfast, the food was outstanding.

This hotel was bright and I would stay here again. Very spacious building, TERRIFIC staff and food. The breakfast had lots of food, like jam, pastries, fruit, fresh bread and cheese. Really nice beds, WiFi, air conditioning and balcony were a nice touch.

Have stayed here many times and would stay here again. Neat & huge venue, glorious views. Really enjoyed the night bar. The room was individual and well priced. The staff were very professional and honest and gorgeous reception. Location was top, 0.5 km to Blackpool International airport, perfectly reachable.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Lytham St Annes, liked it. Underfloor heating and towels were very handy. Really handy, really handy location. The airport was 10 minutes drive from the place.
